We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to train and mentor students enrolled in our IT and professional courses, including UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Full Stack Java & Python, Data Science, and Data Analytics.
The trainer will be responsible for improving students’ communication, presentation, interpersonal, and interview skills to make them industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for students
- Train students in:
- Communication Skills
- Spoken English
- Presentation Skills
- Personality Development
- Interview Preparation
- Group Discussions
- Corporate Etiquette
- Email & Workplace Communication
- Support students in improving confidence and professional behavior
- Conduct mock interviews and placement readiness sessions
- Coordinate with technical trainers and placement teams
- Track student progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in training or teaching preferred
- Knowledge of corporate communication and interview processes
- Passion for mentoring students and freshers
