About the Role
Truckiyard is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who loves interacting with people and solving problems. This is a customer-facing role focused on building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term customer retention.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication & Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
- Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Regularly follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
- Maintain customer records and interaction history
Issue Resolution
- Identify customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments
- Ensure proper and timely closure of customer complaints
Customer Retention & Feedback
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
- Support customer retention initiatives and follow-up activities
- Assist in improving overall customer experience and service quality
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily logs and customer interaction reports
- Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email; CRM knowledge is a plus)
- Professional attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset
