Job Title: Physical Instructor – After School Activities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Physical Instructor to oversee our after-school sports program. The instructor will personally coach one sport (such as Basketball, Badminton, Football, or Karate) while supervising and coordinating the overall activities conducted by sport-specific coaches.
Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Personally coach one assigned sport and conduct engaging training sessions.
Supervise and coordinate all after-school sports activities led by individual coaches.
Ensure student safety, discipline, and smooth functioning of activities in the playground and multipurpose hall.
Monitor attendance, equipment, and overall program quality.
Coordinate with school staff and coaches to ensure effective planning and execution.
Prepare students for competitions and promote teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Physical Education or relevant sports coaching certification.
Experience in coaching school students and managing sports programs preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for sports and student development.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
