Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming business inquiries, understanding client requirements, consulting prospects on suitable digital marketing solutions, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a solid understanding of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated through calls, website inquiries, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Understand client business goals and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, advertising strategies, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business from a reputed institute (Mandatory).
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Entry-level candidates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Excellent consultative selling and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
