We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional for the role of Production Engineer with our India-based global client, a leading provider of mechanical and engineering components serving diverse industrial sectors worldwide.
The role involves to oversee production planning, quality control, and process improvement activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing, timely project completion, cost optimization, and compliance with quality standards for rigging equipment production.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct inspections, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production and quality records and prepare performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and product quality enhancement.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement design and process improvements.
- Train production personnel on quality standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and operational excellence.
Key Skills & required relevant experience
- 2+ Years of proven experience in production and quality control within the rigging or heavy equipment industry.
- Understanding of Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 process.
- Understanding Machine repair & Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Work Location : Near Manur Village, Sriperumbudur Tamil Nadu
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
