Job description:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator Head to lead our placement and corporate relations activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong industry connections, building and managing a placement team, and ensuring successful student career placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with reputed companies for campus recruitment and internships.
- Build, lead, and mentor the placement team to achieve departmental goals.
- Plan, organize, and execute placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, and reputed educational organizations for tie-ups.
- Prepare placement reports, maintain databases, and track student placement progress.
- Guide and support students in career planning, resume preparation, and interview readiness.
- Ensure strong relationships with corporate HRs and industry professionals
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience in college placements or reputed training/technical institutes.
- Strong network of corporate contacts across industries.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- minimum 1 year experience in this field.
Package: 40,000 - 50,000 per month
