Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – CRM to manage customer relationship activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless support for domestic and international customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM, sales coordination, customer support, and SAP-based order management while maintaining high standards of customer service and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Order & Documentation Management
- Create and update customer indents in SAP as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation, schedules, trackers, and records.
- Ensure timely updates and adherence to internal documentation processes.
Customer Schedule & Stock Coordination
- Monitor customer schedules and proactively highlight gaps to the sales team.
- Update warehouse stock sheets and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Ensure visibility of stock availability and dispatch status.
Forecasting & Material Request Support
- Prepare and share monthly sales forecasts based on customer schedules and business requirements.
- Create weekly material request sheets and coordinate approvals.
- Follow up on pending updates and information required for customer servicing.
Customer Query & Complaint Coordination
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
- Coordinate customer requirements such as samples, materials, and test certificates.
- Review and track customer queries, help tickets, and escalations until closure.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
MIS & Process Compliance
- Maintain accuracy in CRM trackers, SAP entries, forecasts, and customer records.
- Monitor process adherence and escalate deviations when required.
- Prepare reports and business updates for management review.
Required Skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive customer requirements.

Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, BMS, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Order Processing, or related roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, B2B customer coordination, or SAP-based sales support is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Working with domestic and international customers.
- Exposure to ERP/SAP systems and sales support processes.
- Manufacturing or industrial sector background.
