What are we looking for Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master’s degree is aplus). 12-16 years of hands-on experience in shoe/footwear manufacturing, with at least 5 years in amanagerial role. Proven expertise in production planning, quality management, and team leadership. In-depth knowledge of shoe manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
