We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and user support. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations across all departments.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office systems.
Manage company email accounts, system access, and security.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain data backups and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
Support CRM systems and immigration processing software.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
2–4 years of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows, networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience managing office IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
