Key Requirements:
● 6 months - 1 year of experience in MIS, data entry, or operations support
● Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and reporting skills
● High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
● Strong organisational and time management capabilities
● Ability to work with large datasets and repetitive tasks efficiently
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Process-oriented mindset with strong ownership
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain databases, trackers, and records accurately
● Perform data entry, validation, and regular data updates
● Generate MIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders
● Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies proactively
● Coordinate with teams for data collection and verification
● Maintain proper documentation and record management
● Support operational and reporting requirements across teams
