Job Overview
Paras Luxury Homes is looking for an experienced Interior Designer to handle high-end luxury residential projects, including independent villas, luxury floors, and premium homes. The candidate will be responsible for complete design execution, client coordination, design development, and project supervision from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create design concepts and presentations for Independent Luxury Villa Interior & Exterior.
- Architecture Interior 2D detailed drawing, and interior design concept.
- Handle client meetings and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution.
- Search and select materials, finishes, Colour theme, and design elements.
- Manage projects from concept to completion within timelines and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Independent Luxury Villa Interior & Exterior design projects.
- Experience in independent villas, luxury floors, and premium residential projects preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior & exterior detailing and architectural design
- Space planning, material selection, and execution knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good client handling, presentation, material searching, vendor coordination, and team coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Luxury Independent Villas / High-end Residential Projects
- Complete project execution experience
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes & site execution
