1. Job Purpose
The Plant HR Manager is responsible for managing the complete HR function at the manufacturing facility — including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and welfare activities — to ensure a productive, compliant, and harmonious work environment that supports plant operations and business goals.

3. Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: 5-6 years of HR experience.
- Strong exposure to labor law compliance, industrial relations, and unionized work environments preferred.
4. Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle unions, contractors, and shop-floor employees effectively.
- Good communication skills (local language proficiency often essential for worker interaction).
- Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (HR MIS, dashboards).
- Crisis management and decision-making ability under pressure.
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
5. Working Conditions
- Based full-time at the plant/factory location.
- May require availability across shifts and on weekends during critical production periods, audits, or IR situations.
- Regular shop-floor visits required as part of the role.
6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Statutory compliance score (zero non-compliance/penalties).
- Attrition and absenteeism rate.
- Recruitment closure TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Grievance resolution TAT.
- Training man-hours per employee.
- Employee engagement/satisfaction scores.
- Successful audit closures (internal/external/customer).
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
