URGENTLY REQUIRED Senior Accountant – Requisition -Chembur Location
WORKING EXPERIENCE - 5 TO 10 YEARS
SALARY CRITERIA - 45K TO 55K PER MONTH
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for all statutory compliances including GST,
Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory matters.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and data for audits, tax filings, and
compliance activities.
- Coordinate regarding vendor advance invoices with the concerned person who initiated the
advance payment.
- Follow up with the sales team for long outstanding receivables and customer payment
collections.
- Monitor and review bank reconciliation statements on a weekly basis.
- Supervise and support junior accounting staff and ensure timely completion of tasks such as:
- TDS workings and filings
o Salary workings and payroll support
o Job work challans and related documentation
o Routine accounting entries and reconciliations
- Coordinate with the CA for preparation of Balance Sheet schedules and
submission of required audit documents.
- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing setup.
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with at least 50% from a recognized college.
- We use Zoho Books, which is preferred; however, we can accommodate
candidates experienced with similar accounting software. We highly value
