Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Support Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
Perform user account administration and password resets.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard software applications.
Provide printer and basic network connectivity support.
Handle incident logging, ticket updates, and resolution as per SLA.
Support workstation setup, hardware replacement, and asset management activities.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.
Follow ITIL-based incident and request management processes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
