1. Role Objective
The Sales CRM Head will be responsible for establishing, managing, and optimizing the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure effective lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and improved sales conversion.
The role will play a critical part in supporting the company’s revenue targets by ensuring disciplined follow-ups and data-driven decision-making.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 CRM Management
● Ensure all leads are captured and updated in the CRM system within defined timelines
● Maintain accurate and complete client data including contact details, requirements, and deal value
● Monitor lead stages from initiation to closure
2.2 Pipeline Management
● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with business targets
● Categorize leads based on priority (Hot, Warm, Cold)
● Track movement of opportunities and identify bottlenecks
2.3 Follow-up and Activity Monitoring
● Ensure timely follow-ups by the sales team
● Monitor overdue tasks and escalate delays
● Track daily sales activities including calls, meetings, and proposals
2.4 Sales Coordination
● Coordinate with B2B, retail, and project sales teams
● Assign and manage leads among team members
● Support scheduling of client meetings and follow-ups
2.5 Reporting and Analysis
● Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance
● Track key metrics such as lead conversion rate, pipeline value, and revenue contribution
● Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency
2.6 Process Improvement
● Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend improvements
● Ensure adherence to CRM usage and reporting standards
● Support implementation of best practices in sales tracking
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Lead Conversion Rate (Target: 30–40% or higher)
● Pipeline Value (Minimum 3X of monthly sales target)
● Follow-up Compliance Rate (>95%)
● CRM Data Accuracy (100% lead capture and updates)
● Average Response Time (<24 hours for client communication)
● Reduction in overdue follow-ups and stalled deals 4. Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
● 5–7 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or B2B sales support
● Experience in agriculture, nursery, landscaping, or allied industries will be an advantage 5. Skills Required
