- सुरक्षित परिवहन: यात्रियों, कार्गो या डिलीवरी को समय पर सुरक्षित रूप से गंतव्य तक पहुँचाना।
- रूट प्लानिंग: ट्रैफ़िक और कंस्ट्रक्शन से बचने के लिए GPS या गूगल मैप्स का उपयोग करना।
- वाहन का रखरखाव: ईंधन, इंजन ऑयल, टायर प्रेशर और कूलेंट स्तर की दैनिक जाँच करना।
- साफ़-सफ़ाई: वाहन के आंतरिक और बाहरी हिस्से को हमेशा साफ़ और व्यवस्थित रखना।
- नियमों का पालन: सभी स्थानीय और राष्ट्रीय ट्रैफ़िक नियमों, गति सीमा और पार्किंग नियमों का पालन करना।
- दस्तावेज़ीकरण: दैनिक माइलेज, ईंधन खर्च और सर्विसिंग रिकॉर्ड का सटीक लॉग बनाए रखना।
- सर्विसिंग: गाड़ी में किसी भी खराबी की रिपोर्ट करना और समय पर सर्विसिंग कराना।
आवश्यक योग्यताएँ और कौशल (Key Skills & Qualifications)
- लाइसेंस: एक वैध 4-व्हीलर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (LMV - लाइट मोटर व्हीकल या कमर्शियल लाइसेंस)।
- अनुभव: पर्सनल, कॉर्पोरेट या कमर्शियल ड्राइवर के रूप में काम करने का अनुभव (आमतौर पर 1-3+ वर्ष)।
- नेविगेशन: स्मार्टफोन और डिजिटल नेविगेशन ऐप्स का उपयोग करने में कुशलता।
- रास्तों की जानकारी: स्थानीय शहर के रास्तों, शॉर्टकट्स और ट्रैफ़िक पैटर्न की अच्छी समझ।

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious 4-Wheeler Driver to operate our vehicles. You will be responsible for mapping out the most efficient routes, maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the car, and providing professional service to passengers or clients. A clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and punctuality are required for this position. Core Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Driving passengers, cargo, or deliveries to scheduled destinations safely and on time.
- Route Planning: Utilizing navigation tools like Google Maps or GPS to avoid traffic delays and construction.
- Vehicle Upkeep: Conducting daily pre-trip checks including fuel, engine oil, tire pressure, and coolant levels.
- Cleanliness: Ensuring both the interior and exterior of the vehicle are clean and presentable.
- Compliance: Following all state and national traffic regulations, speed limits, and parking rules.
- Documentation: Keeping precise logs of daily mileage, fuel expenses, and service records.
- Maintenance Coordination: Reporting mechanical anomalies and scheduling regular servicing or repairs.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Licensing: A valid 4-wheeler driving license (LMV - Light Motor Vehicle or commercial variant).
- Experience: Proven experience as a personal, corporate, or commercial car driver (typically 1–3+ years).
- Navigation: High proficiency in handling smartphones and digital navigation software.
- Road Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local city routes, shortcuts, and typical traffic patterns.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional, polite, and discrete conduct when dealing with clients or passengers.
- Fitness: Good visual acuity and the physical stamina required for long driving hours.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Varied Hours: Shift patterns may involve early mornings, late nights, weekends, or overtime depending on requirements.
