Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Prepare and issue offer letters after management approval.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Complete all joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare appointment letters and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Coordinate employee ID cards, attendance registration, email IDs, and system access.
- Introduce new employees to their departments.
- Maintain onboarding checklists and employee files.
3. Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files in physical and digital formats.
- Update employee master data and HRMIS records.
- Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, appreciation, and increment letters.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and shift records.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate attendance discrepancies with department heads.
- Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
5. Payroll Coordination
- Prepare monthly payroll input data.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Assist in salary reconciliation and payroll-related documentation.
- Address employee payroll-related queries.
6. Statutory Compliance Support
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support documentation related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as required.
7. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives.
- Support training and development programs.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances.
8. Performance Management Support
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Maintain performance appraisal records.
- Support managers during the performance evaluation process.
- Track appraisal timelines and documentation.
9. HR Reports & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain recruitment, attendance, attrition, and headcount MIS reports.
- Update HR dashboards and management reports.
- Generate reports as required by management.
10. Exit Formalities
- Process employee resignations.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate clearance from all departments.
- Collect company assets from employees.
- Coordinate full and final settlement with the payroll/accounts team.
- Prepare relieving letters, experience certificates, and exit documentation.
- Update HR records after employee separation.
11. HR Operations
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.
- Support audits related to HR documentation.
- Assist management with HR projects and administrative activities.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
