Job Description
Kimirica is looking for a proactive Supply Chain Executive to support day-to-day supply chain and operations activities across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, and retail channels. The role involves order processing, inventory coordination, returns management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and operational reporting to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing across the brand website, marketplaces, and retail channels.
- Coordinate and process orders received from D2C platforms, quick commerce partners, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor and manage order flow from platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other partner channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Track order status, delivery timelines, and resolve order-related operational issues.
- Handle customer returns, reverse logistics, replacements, cancellations, and return order processing.
- Monitor inventory availability across different sales channels and ensure accurate stock updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to minimize order delays and improve service levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to orders, inventory, dispatches, and operational performance.
- Analyse operational data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to operational SOPs across all order management activities.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Support, Warehouse, Logistics, and E-commerce teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations, Order Management, E-commerce Operations, or D2C Operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing website orders, marketplace operations, and quick commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of order lifecycle, inventory management, returns processing, and logistics coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/Order Management Systems.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries will be preferred.
