Collection Executive – Job Description
Role Overview:
A Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers through visit, phone call ,email, or messages to follow up on overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Maintain records of customer interactions and payment updates
- Resolve billing issues and disputes professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Meet monthly collection targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance
- Ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM or collection software
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school diploma or graduate in commerce/finance preferred
- Experience in collections or customer service is an advantage
Telecaller – Job Description
Role Overview:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries
- Maintain call records and update customer databases
- Follow scripts and achieve daily/weekly call targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Persuasive and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patience and active listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school or equivalent
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus
