Position: Billing Executive
Department: Retail Operations
Location: Kerala – Sylcon Shoes & Bags
Experience: 1–3 years in retail billing/cashier operations preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and process cash/card/UPI payments.
- Manage cash counter and ensure proper cash handling.
- Verify product prices, discounts, offers, and billing details.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations as per company policy.
- Maintain daily sales and cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and store management.
- Ensure the billing counter is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Resolve basic billing-related customer queries.
- Follow company policies and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
- Support overall showroom operations when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS software.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail experience in footwear, fashion, jewellery, electronics, or similar industries is preferred.
- Candidates below 35 years preferred.
