1. Invoicing & Billing
- Generate accurate sales invoices for interior designer, décor items, and custom interior fit-out projects using billing software (e.g., Tally Prime).
- Ensure all invoices comply with statutory tax requirements, including GST, e-invoicing, and HSN/SAC codes.
- Handle retail counter sales and assist walk-in showroom customers.
2. Client Accounts & Follow-ups
- Manage client accounts, track retainers, and monitor outstanding balances.
- Follow up on pending payments and installments according to project milestones.
- Address and resolve any client billing inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
3. Reporting & Record Keeping
- Reconcile daily transactions, prepare periodic financial reports, and maintain updated databases.
- Assist in month-end closing and provide the finance/management teams with reports on outstanding debts and collections.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- accounting or billing: 1 year (Preferred)
