- Outbound Sales: Contact prospective and existing customers to sell financial products like loans (personal, business, home), credit cards, or insurance. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Qualify leads, fix appointments with field agents/branch managers, and follow up regularly to close sales. [1, 2, 3]
- Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries, explain interest rates, repayment tenures, and company policies. [1, 2]
- Data Management: Log all call details, lead status, and customer feedback accurately into the CRM software. [1, 2]
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly calling and revenue targets while strictly adhering to financial compliance regulations. [1, 2]
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, BPO voice processes, or financial sales.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Tamil, and other regional languages.
- Skills: Excellent active listening, strong negotiation capabilities, and a polite but persistent approach. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
