Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Employee Transportation to lead and manage Pan-India employee transportation operations for corporate clients. The role involves overseeing end-to-end transport operations, managing fleet partners, ensuring service excellence, and driving operational efficiency across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee transportation operations across multiple cities.
- Coordinate with fleet partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor daily transport operations, trip performance, and adherence to SLAs.
- Handle client escalations and drive timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements.
- Track operational KPIs, utilization, and cost metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reviews.
- Support technology implementations and transport automation projects.
- Lead and guide transport coordinators and ground operations teams.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Employee Transportation / Corporate Mobility / Fleet Operations.
- Strong exposure to Vendor Management, Client Management, and Transport Operations.
- Experience managing multi-city or Pan-India operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and operational analytics.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
