Job Summary
Bark Products is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to promote our products, strengthen relationships with retail partners, and generate new business. The role involves regular visits to retail outlets, expanding our dealer network, supporting marketing initiatives, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail shops regularly as per the planned route.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase sales from existing customers.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote company products.
- Support the Marketing Manager in implementing agreed marketing and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with distributors and the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability.
- Conduct product research and collect customer and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and display at retail outlets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports with accurate sales and market information.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Work Responsibilities
As a Marketing Executive, you will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote our products and services. Your responsibilities include:

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, retail sales, or business development (experience in building materials, sanitaryware, tiles, or FMCG is preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively and visit retail outlets on a regular basis.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Valid driving licence; own two-wheeler preferred.
