Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle SCM functional modules, implementation, configuration, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle EBS SCM functional solutions.
- Perform end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Configure Oracle SCM applications based on business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and solution design.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), MD050 documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve supply chain processes and system efficiency.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Implementation and Configuration.
- Strong expertise in any 3–4 of the following Oracle SCM modules (Mandatory):
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory (INV)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Bills of Material (BOM) – Preferred
- Work in Process (WIP) – Preferred
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) business processes.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Solution Design, CRP, and UAT.
- Knowledge of Oracle AIM Methodology.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle EBS R12 Implementation experience.
- Experience working with global clients.
- Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
