We are looking for a passionate and creative Event Management Executive to curate and execute memorable events that bring our community to life.
Role Overview
The Event Management Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all community events and lifestyle activities at One Meraki. Reporting directly to the Director, this role requires someone who can independently manage events from concept to execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events, festivals, cultural celebrations, workshops, wellness sessions, sports activities, and resident engagement programs.
- Prepare an annual event calendar in consultation with the Director.
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, entertainers, decorators, caterers, photographers, and other event partners.
- Manage event budgets, quotations, negotiations, and vendor payments.
- Work closely with the Resident Experience, Marketing, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Facility teams for smooth event execution.
- Ensure all events are executed on time and within budget.
- Create engaging resident experiences that promote community interaction.
- Prepare event invitations, schedules, and communication for residents.
- Conduct post-event feedback and prepare event reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Identify new event ideas and lifestyle experiences that align with the luxury positioning of One Meraki.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in event planning and execution.
- Experience in luxury hotels, premium residential communities, hospitality, lifestyle clubs, event management companies, or luxury brands is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when events are scheduled.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
