Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and stock records using Zoho Inventory (training provided).
Upload and update products on the website.
Handle sales orders, billing, and customer support.
Maintain business records and data entry tasks.
Prepare sales and inventory reports.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.
Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet applications.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn new software and business processes.
