About SNEHA
SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) is a Mumbai-based non-profit working to improve the health, nutrition, and safety of women and children in vulnerable urban communities. Through community engagement and partnerships with public systems, SNEHA works across programs such as Maternal & Child Health, Adolescent Health, Prevention of Violence against Women & Children, Palliative Care, and Livelihood Generation.
Role: Fundraising Manager
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 years (social sector exposure preferred)
Education: Master’s degree in any discipline
Reports to: Associate Director – Fundraising & Communications
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure funding from corporates, foundations, and individual donors
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with program budgets
- Manage donor relationships, proposals, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and donor communication
- Support online fundraising, events, and donor engagement initiatives
- Maintain and analyze donor data in the donor management system
Skills:
Strong communication and networking skills, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for the social sector.
