Role Overview:
You'll be responsible for daily content creation and posting across our social media platforms, helping showcase our stylists' work and building our brand's online community.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish daily content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Shoot and edit short-form videos — reels, transformations, behind-the-scenes clips
- Write on-brand captions and use relevant hashtags/trends
- Capture before/after client transformations in coordination with stylists
- Respond to comments/DMs and engage with the community
- Track engagement metrics and report on what's working
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and current content trends
- Video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or similar)
- Basic photography/videography ability (smartphone content is fine)
- Strong eye for visual/beauty content
- Reliable and able to commit to daily posting
- Interest in the beauty/salon industry a plus
