We're hiring a Technical Project Manager (Presales & GTM) who will sit at the intersection of Sales, Delivery, and Proposals. This TPM analyzes complex business requirements from a technical and commercial lens, then translates them into precise technical specifications, work breakdowns, effort estimates, and cost models that enable the Proposals team to build client-ready proposals. You'll partner with Sales/Presales to understand customer problems, validate feasibility within Techolution's accelerated 30-100 day delivery model, and ensure the Delivery team receives executable, realistic scopes.

Translate business objectives into measurable technical specifications and scope boundaries
- Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures with phases, work packages, and deliverables
- Decompose solutions into features and sub-features with priority and sequencing
- Estimate labor hours by role, accounting for complexity, testing, and rework
- Build cost models with labor, infrastructure, tools, and contingency calculations
- Assess technical feasibility, identify integration risks, and recommend mitigations
- Create Functional Specifications and technical design documents for delivery teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Proposals teams to feed specs and cost data for proposals
- Support delivery handoff, kickoff, and scope change management during execution
