We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. Position: Business Development Associate Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential customers
Generate and qualify leads through calls and emails
Explain products/services and schedule demos
Build and maintain client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Update CRM and sales reports regularly Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Prior sales/business development experience is a plus
