We are hiring Sales Executives for our retail store. The role requires interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them make the right purchase decisions. The candidate should be confident, presentable, and ready to work in a target-based environment.
Requirements:
- Welcome customers and assist them throughout their visit
- Explain product features, offers, and pricing clearly
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Arrange merchandise properly and maintain store appearance
- Support stock checking and inventory updates
- Handle customer queries and provide quick solutions
- Work closely with the Store Manager and team members
- Candidates with basic retail or sales experience
- Freshers who are interested in building a career in sales
- Good communication and positive attitude
Salary: 12-15k
