We are looking for a creative, driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our content and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Plan, develop, and execute a robust social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
- Good at editing professional grade and handling all our Social Media handles filing, creating content, editing & posting.
- Conceptualize and shoot high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Develop skincare-related content that is both educational and engaging (e.g., tips, myth-busting, before/after, routines, etc.)
- Video & Visual Editing
- Edit videos using industry-standard tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and thumbnails
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and tone
- Social Media Management
- Monitor, post, and engage with the community daily
- Stay up to date with platform updates and algorithm changes
- Track and report performance analytics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.)
- Trendspotting & Strategy
- Stay on top of skincare trends, viral audio, memes, and influencer content
- Pitch creative campaign ideas and collaborations
- Work closely with dermatologists and clinic staff to turn their expertise into content
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media/content manager, ideally in the beauty, skincare, or health niche.
- Strong video creation & editing skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
- Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Comfortable filming and directing both in-clinic and offsite content
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and aesthetics
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with dermatologists, beauty influencers, or in aesthetics
- Basic photography skills and camera knowledge
- Familiarity with SEO and paid social media campaigns

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
