Job Description
SAMPACK Solutions is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with the ability to identify new market opportunities and contribute to the organization's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipeline updates
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship management and client-handling abilities
- Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition will be an added advantage
