Sales Manager - Motor
Level: Team Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team of relationship managers and sales executives
- Achieve team sales targets for new business and renewals
- Recruit and onboard channel partners
- Conduct sales training and performance coaching
- Monitor sales pipeline and conversion metrics
- Handle key customer and distributor relationships
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-4 years of sales experience in motor insurance
- Proven track record in achieving individual and team targets
- Experience in channel sales and team handling
- Graduate degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
