Work Schedule & Nature of Role
- The telecalling and admission-related activities are typically intensive for only about three months in a year during peak admission seasons.
- Remaining months, the workload is comparatively moderate and mainly involves in Reception duties & Student support
Job Responsibilities
- Manage outgoing/ incoming calls professionally.
- Handle course inquiries and provide accurate information about programs
- Convert leads into Admissions.
- Manage the reception desk
- Maintain student records, inquiry databases, and appointment schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (+2) or Degree.
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience in tele calling (preferred)
