Manager HR (Retail)
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end HR operations across retail stores and corporate teams in a fast-paced babycare retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for store, warehouse, and corporate roles
- Partner with business teams for manpower planning & high-volume hiring
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling
- Oversee performance management cycles and support managers on feedback & PIPs
- Identify and execute training & development initiatives for retail staff
- Handle payroll inputs, incentives, and compensation processes
- Ensure HR compliance and smooth employee lifecycle management
- Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, productivity)
Requirements
- 5-12 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in retail HR
- Currently working as Assistant Manager HR / Manager HR
- Experience handling multi-store or regional HR operations
- Strong in employee relations, stakeholder management, and operations
- Data-driven with good problem-solving skills
