About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Consultant to understand client business challenges, identify digital transformation opportunities, and propose technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution while helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and operational processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze existing business workflows and recommend improvements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Solution Proposals.
- Create business process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Recommend suitable technology solutions, platforms, and implementation strategies.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
- Estimate project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
- Maintain project documentation and change requests.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation practices.
Required Skills
- Strong business analysis and consulting skills.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation abilities.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, PRD, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
