Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented Admissions Executive / Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course counselling, generate admissions, and support student enrolment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage the complete admission and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Student Counselling & Lead Management
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Explain course structure, duration, fees, eligibility, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Regularly follow up with interested and prospective students.
- Manage and update leads through CRM, Excel, or other tracking systems.
- Identify high-potential leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Admissions & Student Engagement
- Drive student enrolments for courses, workshops, bootcamps, and training programs.
- Assist students throughout the admission and documentation process.
- Address student and parent queries professionally.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, and promotional activities.
Admissions Analytics & Reporting
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Monitor conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate admission and lead databases.
- Provide regular updates on admission targets and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3+ years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, telecalling, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, EdTech, training institutes, or skill-development organizations.
- Experience in student counselling and admissions.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion.
- Experience using CRM, Excel, or lead-management platforms.
- Experience handling calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp enquiries, and digital leads.

Compensation
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
