Job Title: Center Head – PNC Cognitio Toddlers (Marathahalli Branch)
Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru
About the Role
PNC Cognitio Toddlers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Head to lead our Marathahalli preschool. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, capable of managing day-to-day center operations, driving admissions, leading a team of educators, and building strong relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the preschool center.
- Lead and mentor teachers and support staff.
- Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Ensure high-quality implementation of the preschool curriculum.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
- Organize school events, parent meetings, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate (Education or Management preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in preschool management, school administration, or as a Center Head.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in admissions counseling and parent engagement is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
Salary
Competitive salary based on experience, along with performance incentives.
