We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Support Operations & Documentation Specialist to help scale and streamline our support organization. This role is responsible for documenting existing support workflows, creating and maintaining a centralized knowledge base, and establishing clear, repeatable processes for ticket handling, escalation, and resolution.
The ideal candidate has hands-on help desk or support experience, understands the realities of frontline support, and can translate complex operational knowledge into practical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This individual will work independently, engage with stakeholders across teams, and drive process improvements with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹425,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
