Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer with experience in field sales to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and prospective customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Promote and sell company products to industries, distributors, and institutional customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Prepare sales reports and update daily visit plans.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory with a valid driving license for regular field visits.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in selling industrial products, safety products, rubber products, electrical products, or related B2B segments will be an added advantage.
Location: Entire Delhi NCR
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
