Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and compliance.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building HR systems, improving organizational efficiency, maintaining employee discipline, and creating a positive work culture while supporting rapid company growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all company departments.
- Publish and manage job postings on hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate departmental interviews with reporting managers.
- Schedule interview rounds and maintain interview calendars.
- Perform background verification and reference checks.
- Negotiate salary and issue offer letters.
- Coordinate joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure positions are filled within defined timelines.
Daily Recruitment KPI
Conduct a minimum of 5 shortlisted candidate interviews every working day across various company departments.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage employee onboarding process.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Prepare employee records.
- Coordinate induction sessions.
- Explain company policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee files and documentation.
- Handle resignation, termination, exit interviews, and clearance process.
3. HR Policies & Documentation
Develop, improve, and maintain:
- Employee Handbook
- HR Policies
- Leave Policies
- Attendance Policy
- Code of Conduct
- Performance Evaluation Framework
- Promotion Policy
- Incentive Policy
- Disciplinary Policy
- Grievance Redressal Policy
- Work From Home Policy (if applicable)
- Confidentiality & NDA Compliance
- Employee Warning Procedures
- Internal HR SOPs
Continuously update HR documentation according to organizational requirements.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Track punctuality.
- Approve and maintain leave records.
- Report absenteeism.
- Prepare attendance reports.
- Coordinate with payroll regarding attendance.
5. Performance Management
- Design employee performance evaluation systems.
- Track weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate with department heads.
- Identify underperforming employees.
- Recommend training and improvement plans.
- Maintain performance records.
- Support promotion and increment decisions.
6. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
- Resolve employee disputes professionally.
- Conduct counselling sessions when required.
- Improve employee satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Encourage transparent communication.
- Handle conflict resolution between employees and departments.
7. Employee Engagement
Plan and organize:
- Employee celebrations
- Team outings
- Monthly engagement activities
- Birthday celebrations
- Festival celebrations
- Recognition programs
- Rewards & appreciation events
- Team bonding activities
- Wellness initiatives
- Employee appreciation campaigns
Create initiatives that improve employee morale and workplace culture.
8. HR Administration
- Maintain employee database.
- Maintain confidential HR records.
- Generate HR reports.
- Update organizational charts.
- Prepare HR dashboards.
- Maintain employee documentation.
- Issue experience letters.
- Issue employment certificates.
- Prepare warning letters.
- Prepare appointment letters.
- Prepare confirmation letters.
9. Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
- Company HR policies
- Employment laws
- Internal disciplinary procedures
- Documentation standards

10. Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs.
- Coordinate internal training sessions.
- Arrange onboarding training.
- Monitor employee learning.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.

- Experience in recruitment and employee management will be an added advantage.
Compensation During Probation
- 1 Month Probation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
After Successful Probation
- Salary between ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on:
- Relevant experience
