Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist Cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for smooth day-to-day office functioning. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and employees professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and manage reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate courier, parcels, and office correspondence.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.
- Assist in employee documentation, attendance coordination, and filing.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Maintain records, reports, and office files systematically.
- Support HR/Admin team in general office tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in receptionist/admin role (freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
- Well-groomed, organized, and multitasking ability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
