Roles and Responsibilities
- Content Writing: Developing comprehensive and interactive academic instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, and narratives for e-learning modules, at school level , SCORM-compliant, and multimedia-rich digital content using tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise etc.
- Curriculum Mapping & acadSyllabus Alignment to specified standards to ensure learning outcomes are met.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Scriptwriting for Educational Videos: Writing engaging scripts for animation or videos, focusing on simplifying complex concepts for students.
- Interactive Quiz/Assignment Creation: Designing educational games, quizzes, and digital assignments to promote active learning using Articulate Storyline software.
- Plagiarism-Free Content Editing & Proofreading: Reviewing, editing, and validating educational material for accuracy, tone, and, most importantly, ensuring it is 100% original and plagiarism-free.
- Original Research: Creating content based on "Subject Matter Expertise" (SME) rather than simply rewriting existing online text.
- Contextualization: Customizing content with Indian examples, stories, and scenarios to enhance student relevance and ensure the material is unique, aligning with pedagogical needs in India.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in academic content development or a related field
- Strong understanding of school level learning principles and best practices in e-learning design.
- Proficiency in creating engaging narratives and storyboards using various tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone/style according to school level needs.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
