Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
· Edit high-quality videos for: YouTube (long-form); YouTube Shorts; Instagram Reels; Facebook; LinkedIn; Website and digital campaigns
· Deliver polished videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
· Create engaging intros, transitions, animations, and motion graphics.
· Perform color correction, sound balancing, and audio enhancement.
· Add captions, graphics, icons, and visual elements to improve viewer engagement and accessibility.
Creative Contribution
· Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop innovative video concepts.
· Suggest creative editing styles, hooks, visual storytelling techniques, and trends to improve content performance.
· Recommend improvements during scripting and shooting to enhance the final output.
· Stay updated with evolving editing styles and platform-specific best practices.
Healthcare Content Expertise
· Edit educational, awareness, testimonial, doctor-led, and promotional healthcare videos.
· Present medical information in a clear, engaging, and patient-friendly manner while maintaining credibility.
· Understand the importance of accuracy, compliance, and ethical communication in healthcare marketing.
· Ensure edits maintain a professional and trustworthy brand image.
Production Support
· Work closely with videographers, content strategists, and social media teams to ensure timely delivery.
· Organize and maintain project files, footage libraries, and assets.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
· 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.
· Previous experience editing content for the healthcare, medical, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
· Strong portfolio showcasing social media videos, YouTube content, and healthcare-related projects.
· Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
· Ability to edit both long-form educational videos and short-form, high-engagement content.
· Strong understanding of audience retention, hooks, pacing, and platform-specific editing styles.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro; Adobe After Effects; Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
· Experience creating motion graphics and kinetic typography.
· Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
· Experience working with doctors, healthcare brands, hospitals, or wellness organizations.
· Understanding of YouTube and social media content strategies.
· Basic knowledge of visual branding.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
