Job Description:
To serve as the initial point of contact for an organization, responsible for greeting visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, and managing front-desk administrative tasks. Key duties include maintaining a clean reception area, scheduling appointments, handling mail, and providing basic information via phone or email.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Front Desk Management: Welcoming clients, visitors, and staff professionally while maintaining a secure, tidy, and welcoming reception area.
- Communication Hub: Operating a multi-line phone system, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Support: Lead Generations , Sorting mail, scheduling appointments, scanning, photocopying documents, and managing, organizing others staffs or monitoring office supplies.
