Job Summary
Vintex Rubber Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment and be proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
- Monitor inventory accounting and manufacturing cost records.
- Process employee reimbursements and support payroll accounting.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable laws.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Perform any other finance and accounting tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and GST.
- Working knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable.

Pay: ₹10,672.59 - ₹18,000.00 per month
