Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet potential customers and explain company services/products
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic sales and marketing knowledge
- Ability to convince customers confidently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Field sales experience is preferred
Eligibility:
- Any Degree
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Bike is compulsory with valid driving license
