Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and support the preparation of competitive tender proposals.
- Identify, evaluate, and participate in government tender opportunities in line with business objectives.
- Prepare and submit technically compliant and commercially competitive bids within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful tender submissions.
- Lead contract finalization, negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and government regulations.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of awarded contracts, from mobilization to successful project closure.
- Monitor contract performance, project costs, timelines, and resource utilization to maintain targeted profit margins.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage contract variations, amendments, extensions, claims, and change orders as required.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, safety, and client-specific requirements throughout project execution.
- Track project milestones, billing schedules, collections, and contract deliverables to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, project performance reports, and management updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
